Where we stand: we are not currently ISO 9001 certified. Our quality management system is built to ISO 9001:2015 and is now in its internal audit phase. If you need a supplier with ISO certification, let us support your prints that don’t require it until then, and check back with us in June 2027.

Confidentiality
We protect your data, and we take it very seriously.
We work under a written Technology Control Plan. It sets who can see your drawings and data, and where they are kept. Export-controlled data is handled under air-gapped procedures, and other confidential work under the same ones.
Do not e-mail export-controlled technical data. Call 803-216-5665 first and we will arrange a controlled transfer.
How we protect it
- Physical. The shop has no windows. Confidential parts are loaded behind closed bay doors.
- Data. No Wi-Fi in the shop. Once your files reach us, controlled and confidential data stay on air-gapped machines and are never put into AI tools of any kind.
- People. Everyone who works here passes the Department of Defense annual training, including cyber security and antiterrorism, along with HIPAA training.
Where we stand: we are not currently registered with the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) under ITAR. If you require a DDTC-registered ITAR vendor, let us support your prints that don’t require registration until then, and check back with us in March 2027.
